1.2) My brother is still seven years old. Can he also join?
Unfortunately, no. Only players from 9 to 13 years of age are allowed.

2.1) How many players are needed for a team?
For Category A (9-11 yrs. old), 6 players including the goalkeeper can be fielded during the game. For Category B (12-13 yrs. old), 5 players, which includes the goalkeeper, can be fielded. You can add 3 or 4 substitutes to make up 10 players per team, at the most.

2.4) Our team does not have a team jersey. What do we do?
It would be cool to have a jersey to distinguish your team from the rest during the game but it isn't that necessary. At least, you could try to agree among yourselves to put on shirts with a uniform color. If that would not be possible, we could also lend your team provisional outfit for the games.

3.2) How and to whom do we pay?
Settle your dues with the respective local club organizer. The manner of payment would depend on each club.

4.4) Will you be serving good food?
The school cafeteria will see to it that you get sufficient amount of good food. Very positive comments were made by the participants on this regard the last time the tournament was held here.

5.1) Can my parents or siblings come along too?
Yes, of course. However, for logistical reasons, we could not accommodate them with the rest of the participants and staff. They would need to make the arrangements themselves. There are a number of good hotels or family hostels in and around the city of Aachen. Your family is always welcome to watch the games and the rest of the events.

5.3) What if we get lost on our way there? Who do we turn to?

6.1) What if I get an injury while playing? Is there a doctor available?
There will be a physician available during the events. The essential facilities will be made available in case of emergency.

6.2) According to the schedule, there will be a swimming excursion on the evening of Saturday. I can't swim.
You can still come along even if you cannot swim. The swimming complex we're going to visit has provisions for non-swimmers and children; there are shallow pools and alternative facilities. Please inform us or any staff member of any disabilities that you may have.
